In subsections (4) and (8), for “Environment Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “
appropriate agency
”

After subsection (14) insert—
14A
In this section, “the appropriate agency” means—
a
the Environment Agency, in relation to work in England, and
b
the Natural Resources Body for Wales in relation to work in Wales.
