53.—(1) Mae adran 9 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1), yn lle “Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate forestry authority”.
(3) Yn is-adran (3)(b)—
(a)yn is-baragraff (i), ar ôl “which are felled” mewnosoder “in the relevant territory”;
(b)yn is-baragraff (ii), yn lle “Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate forestry authority”.
(4) Yn is-adran (5), yn lle “Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate legislative authority”.
(5) Yn is-adran (6), ar ôl y diffiniad o “quarter” mewnosoder—
““relevant territory” means—
(a)
England and Scotland where the felling is carried out in England or Scotland;
(b)
Wales where the felling is carried out in Wales;”.
