87.—(1) Mae adran 18 o Ddeddf Pysgod Môr (Cadwraeth) 1967 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1), yn lle'r geiriau o “any waters” hyd at “under the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975” rhodder “the waters specified in subsection (1A)”.
(3) Ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—
“(1A) The waters specified for the purposes of subsection (1) are any waters which are included in the area in relation to which—
(a)by virtue of section 6(7) of the Environment Act 1995, the Environment Agency; or
(b)by virtue of section 6(7A) of that Act, the Natural Resources Body for Wales,
carries out functions relating to fisheries under the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975.”
