94.—(1) Mae adran 12 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (4), yn lle'r geiriau o “consent of” hyd at “such” rhodder “consent of the Environment Agency if the works are to take place in England, of the NRBW if the works are to take place in Wales, and in either case of such”.
(3) Yn is-adran (5), yn lle “Council” rhodder “NRBW”.
