98.—(1) Mae adran 24 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1)—
(a)yn lle “the said Commissioners” rhodder “the appropriate forestry authority”;
(b)yn lle “the Commissioners'” rhodder “the appropriate forestry authority's”.
(3) Yn is-adran (2), yn lle “the Commissioners” rhodder “the appropriate forestry authority”.
(4) Ar ôl is-adran (5) mewnosoder—
“(6) In this section, “the appropriate forestry authority” means—
(a)in relation to England, the Forestry Commissioners constituted under the Forestry Acts 1919 to 1945; and
(b)in relation to Wales, the NRBW.”
