Regulation 17 is amended as follows.

For “the Commissioners”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ the appropriate forestry body ”.

In paragraph (2), for “the Commissioners'” substitute “ the appropriate forestry body's ”.

In paragraph (5), for “the Commissioner's” substitute “ the appropriate forestry body's ”.

Accordingly, the heading to regulation 17 becomes “ Appeals against decisions of the appropriate forestry body ”.
