106.—(1) Regulation 20 is amended as follows.
(2) For “the Commissioners”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “the appropriate forestry body”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (4)(a), for “the Commissioners'” substitute “the appropriate forestry body's”.
