106.—(1) Regulation 20 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) For “the Commissioners”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ the appropriate forestry body ”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (4)(a), for “the Commissioners'” substitute “ the appropriate forestry body's ”.
