111.—(1) Mae Atodlen 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff 1, yn y diffiniad o “sensitive area”—
(a)yn is-baragraff (g), hepgorer “or the Countryside Council for Wales, as respects Wales,”;
(b)ar ôl is-baragraff (g) mewnosoder—
“(ga)an area of outstanding natural beauty in Wales designated as such by an order made—
(i)under section 87 (designation of areas of outstanding natural beauty) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949; or
(ii)under section 82 (designation of areas) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000;”.
(3) Ym mharagraff 4, yn lle “the Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate forestry body”.
