115.   Yn rheoliad 3(3)—

(a) yn is-baragraff (b), cyn “the Environment Agency” mewnosoder “where the determination relates to an area that is in the area of a water undertaker whose area is wholly in England,”;

(b) ar ddiwedd is-baragraff (b) hepgorer “and”;

(c) ar ôl is-baragraff (b) mewnosoder—

“(ba) where the determination relates to an area that is in the area of a water undertaker whose area is partly in England and partly in Wales, the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales; and”.
