Regulation 2(1) is amended as follows.

In the appropriate places insert the following definitions—

  • “the appropriate authority” means—

    1. a

      in relation to England, the Environment Agency;

    2. b

      in relation to Wales, the NRBW;

“the NRBW” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

In the definition of “registered holder”, for “Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ appropriate authority ”.
