Rheoliadau Defnyddiau Atgynhyrchiol y Goedwig (Prydain Fawr) 2002 LL+C

138.—( 1) Mae rheoliad 2 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ym mharagraff (2)—

(a) yn y man priodol mewnosoder—

““the appropriate authority”—

(a)

in regulations 7 to 9, 20(b) and Schedules 2 to 5, has the meaning given in regulation 7(11);

(b)

in regulations 11, 13 and 14, has the meaning given in regulation 11(4);

(c)

in regulations 16, 18 and 22, has the meaning given in regulation 16(1B);

(d)

in regulation 25, has the meaning given in regulation 25(4);”;

(b) yn lle'r diffiniad o “authorised officer” rhodder—

““authorised officer” means—

(a)

a person authorised by the Commissioners to exercise their powers and execute their functions under these Regulations; and

(b)

a person authorised by the Welsh Ministers to exercise their powers and execute their functions under these Regulations;”;

(c) yn y diffiniad o “Master Certificate”, yn lle “Great Britain” rhodder “ a relevant territory”;

(d) yn y diffiniadau o “official certificate” a “region of provenance”, ar ôl “the Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Welsh Ministers”;

(e) yn y man priodol mewnosoder—

““relevant territory” means—

(a)

England and Scotland; and

(b)

Wales;”.

(3) Ym mharagraff (6)—

(a) hepgorer “Commissioners'”;

(b) ar ôl “payable to the Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Welsh Ministers”.
