14.—(1) Schedule 1 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In Forms 1, 3 and 10—

(a) after “Commissioners”, in each place where it occurs, insert “ * ”;

(b) after “Commission”, in each place where it occurs, insert “ * ”;

(c) at the end of each form insert—

“* in relation to Wales, “the Natural Resources Body for Wales” must be substituted for

“the Forestry Commissioners ”
