141.—(1) Mae rheoliad 7 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle “the Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate authority”.
(3) Ar ôl paragraff (10) mewnosoder—
“(11) In this regulation, regulations 8, 9 and 20(b), and in Schedules 2 to 5, “the appropriate authority” means—
(a)the Welsh Ministers, in relation to basic material located in Wales;
(b)the Commissioners, in any other case.”
