144.—(1) Mae rheoliad 11 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle “the Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate authority”.
(3) Ym mharagraff (1), yn lle “Commissioners'” rhodder “the appropriate authority's”.
(4) Ym mharagraff (1)(c), yn lle “register” rhodder “National Register”.
(5) Ar ôl paragraff (3) mewnosoder—
“(4) In this regulation and regulations 13 and 14, “the appropriate authority” means—
(a)the Welsh Ministers, in relation to the collection, production or marketing of forest reproductive material in Wales;
(b)the Commissioners, in any other case.”
