155.—(1) Mae rheoliad 25 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff (1)—
(a)yn lle “Great Britain”, yn y man cyntaf lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “a relevant territory”;
(b)yn lle “the Commissioners” rhodder “the appropriate authority”;
(c)yn lle “Great Britain”, yn yr ail fan lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the relevant territory”.
(3) Ym mharagraff (2), yn lle “Great Britain”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the relevant territory”.
(4) Ym mharagraff (3), yn lle “the Commissioners” rhodder “the appropriate authority”.
(5) Ar ôl paragraff (3) mewnosoder—
“(4) In this regulation “the appropriate authority” means—
(a)the Welsh Ministers, in relation to the importation of forest reproductive material where the initial place of landing is in Wales;
(b)the Commissioners, in relation to the importation of forest reproductive material where the initial place of landing is in England or Scotland.”
