156.—(1) Mae rheoliad 26 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff (2), ar ôl “the Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Welsh Ministers (as the case may be)”.
(3) Ym mharagraff (3)(b), ar ôl “the Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Welsh Ministers”.
(4) Ym mharagraff (5), ar ôl “the Commissioners” mewnosoder “or (according as the requirement was made) the Welsh Ministers”.
