17.—(1) Byelaw 2 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) For “the Commissioners”, in each place where it occurs except in the definition of “the Commissioners”, substitute “the appropriate forestry authority”.

(3) In the appropriate place insert—

““the appropriate forestry authority” means—

(a) in relation to England, the Commissioners;

(b) in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
