Is-ddeddfau'r Comisiwn Coedwigaeth 1982 LL+C

17.—( 1) Mae is-ddeddf 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn lle “the Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd ac eithrio yn y diffiniad o “the Commissioners”, rhodder “the appropriate forestry authority”.

(3) Yn y man priodol mewnosoder—

““the appropriate forestry authority” means—

(a)

in relation to England, the Commissioners;

(b)

in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
