171.—(1) Mae rheoliad 2(2) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Hepgorer y diffiniad o “Countryside Council for Wales”.
(3) Yn y diffiniad o “national nature reserve”, yn is-baragraff (c), yn lle “the Countryside Council for Wales” rhodder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
(4) Yn y man priodol mewnosoder—
““Natural Resources Body for Wales” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales as established by article 3(1) of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012;”.
