176.—(1) Regulation 4 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2), after “the Assembly” insert “, the NRBW”.

(3) In paragraph (3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) in the case of the NRBW, its principal office and its principal regional offices; and”.
