176.—(1) Regulation 4 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) In paragraph (2), after “the Assembly” insert “ , the NRBW ”.
(3) In paragraph (3)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)in the case of the NRBW, its principal office and its principal regional offices; and”.
