ATODLEN 4 OFFERYNNAU STATUDOL Y DU

Gorchymyn Iechyd Planhigion (Coedwigaeth) (Phytophthora ramorum) (Prydain Fawr) 2004

194.—( 1) Mae erthygl 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn y mannau priodol mewnosoder y diffiniadau a ganlyn—

““the appropriate authority” means—

(a)

the Commissioners, in relation to England and Scotland;

(b)

the Welsh Ministers, in relation to Wales;”;

““Commissioners” means the Forestry Commissioners;”;

““relevant territory” means—

(a)

England and Scotland; and

(b)

Wales;”.

(3) Yn lle'r diffiniad o “inspector” rhodder—

““inspector” means—

(a)

an inspector appointed by the Commissioners for the purposes of the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 in relation to—

(i)

the landing of any susceptible tree or susceptible wood in England or Scotland; and

(ii)

any premises in England or Scotland;

(b)

an inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 in relation to—

(i)

the landing of any susceptible tree or susceptible wood in Wales; and

(ii)

any premises in Wales;”.
