(2) In paragraph (1), for “the Environment Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”)” substitute “ the Natural Resources Body for Wales (hereinafter referred to as “the NRBW”) ”.
(3) In paragraph (3), for “Agency” substitute “ NRBW ”.
