Gorchymyn Iechyd Planhigion (Coedwigaeth) 2005LL+C
208.—(1) Mae erthygl 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn y mannau priodol, mewnosoder y diffiniadau a ganlyn—
““the appropriate authority” means—
the Commissioners, in relation to England and Scotland;
the Welsh Ministers, in relation to Wales;”;
““relevant territory” means—
England and Scotland; and
Wales;”.
(3) Yn y diffiniad o “EC transit goods”, yn lle “Great Britain” rhodder “a relevant territory”.
(4) Yn lle'r diffiniad o “inspector” rhodder—
““inspector” means any person authorised by the Commissioners or the Welsh Ministers to be an inspector for the purposes of this Order (see article 2A for further provision about inspectors);”.
(5) Yn y diffiniad o “landed”, yn lle “Great Britain” rhodder “a relevant territory”.
(6) Yn lle'r diffiniad o “register” rhodder—
““registers” means the registers of forestry traders maintained under article 24(1) and (2);”.
(7) Yn y diffiniad o “registered”, yn lle “register” rhodder “either or both of the registers”.
(8) Yn y diffiniad o “trees intended for planting”, yn lle “Great Britain” rhodder “a relevant territory”.
(9) Ar ôl paragraff (3) mewnosoder—
“(3A) In articles 4(1), 7(6)(b), 11(c), 12(6), 18(1), 20(3), (4), (5) and (6) and 29(4), any reference to another part of the European Union is a reference to any part of the European Union except a relevant territory.”
