220.—(1) Mae erthygl 17 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff (1)—
(a)yn lle “the Commissioners” rhodder “the appropriate authority”;
(b)ar ôl “destination” mewnosoder “, within the relevant territory,”.
(3) Ym mharagraffau (2) i (4), yn lle “the Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate authority”.
