236.—(1) Article 36 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph (2), after “the Commissioners” insert “ or, as the case may be, the Welsh Ministers ”.

(3) In paragraph (3), for “the Commissioners” substitute “ the appropriate authority ”.
