256.—( 1) Mae erthygl 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn y diffiniad o “approved measure”, yn lle “the Commissioners” rhodder “the appropriate authority”.

(3) Yn y diffiniad o “inspector”, ar ôl “the Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Welsh Ministers”.

(4) Ar ôl y diffiniad o “repair” mewnosoder—

““the appropriate authority” means—

(a)

the Commissioners, in relation to England and Scotland;

(b)

the Welsh Ministers, in relation to Wales;”.
