283.—(1) Regulation 7 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) In paragraph (1), omit “and Wales”.
(3) After paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) The NRBW must verify the annual report of each operator of a participating plant in Wales relating to the actual annual mass emission of each of the LCPD pollutants from the participating plant.”
(4) In paragraph (4), at the beginning insert “ The NRBW, ”.
