283.—(1) Regulation 7 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), omit “and Wales”.
(3) After paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) The NRBW must verify the annual report of each operator of a participating plant in Wales relating to the actual annual mass emission of each of the LCPD pollutants from the participating plant.”
(4) In paragraph (4), at the beginning insert “The NRBW,”.
