284.—(1) Regulation 9 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2), before “SEPA”, in each place where it occurs, insert “the NBRW,”.
(3) In paragraph (4)(b)—
(a)in paragraph (i), omit “or Wales”;
(b)after paragraph (i) insert—
“(ia)the NRBW, if the participating plant in question is in Wales,”.
