292.—(1) Mae rheoliad 2(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn y diffiniad o “abnormal situation”, yn lle “Agency” rhodder “appropriate agency”.
(3) Hepgorer y diffiniadau o “the Agency” ac “Agency management measures”.
(4) Yn y man priodol mewnosoder—
““the appropriate agency” means—
in relation to a bathing water in England, the Environment Agency;
in relation to a bathing water in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;
“appropriate agency management measures” means measures in relation to a bathing water taken by the appropriate agency—
to reduce the risk of pollution (being measures within the appropriate agency’s responsibilities referred to in regulation 5); or
under regulations 7 to 11;”.
