294.—(1) Regulation 5 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) In paragraph (1), for “and the Agency” substitute “ , the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.
(3) In paragraph (5), for “Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ appropriate agency ”.
