30.—(1) Mae rheoliad 10(1) o Reoliadau Cynllunio (Sylweddau Peryglus) 1992(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle is-baragraff (e) rhodder—
“(e)the Environment Agency, where the land to which the application relates is in England;
(ea)the Natural Resources Body for Wales, where the land to which the application relates is in Wales;”.
(3) Yn is-baragraff (l), yn lle “the Countryside Council for Wales” rhodder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
