309.—(1) Mae Atodlen 8 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff 1—
(a)yn lle is-baragraff (a) rhodder—
“(a)the Environment Agency, the Secretary of State;”;
(b)ar ôl is-baragraff (a) mewnosoder—
“(aa)the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the Welsh Ministers;”.
(3) Gan hynny, ym mhennawd Rhan 1, ar ôl “the Environment Agency,” mewnosoder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.
