In regulation 2(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 M1, in the definition of “statutory undertaker”, for the words from “postal service” (in the second place where it occurs) to “water” substitute “ postal service, the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales, any water ”.
