SCHEDULE 4 E+W UK STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS

322.—(1) Regulation 83 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph (1), after “Environment Agency,” insert “ the NRBW, ”.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), omit the words after “Secretary of State”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) against a decision of the NRBW must be made to the Welsh Ministers;”.

(3) Omit paragraph (3).
