322.—(1) Regulation 83 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), after “Environment Agency,” insert “the NRBW,”.
(3) In paragraph (2)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a), omit the words after “Secretary of State”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)against a decision of the NRBW must be made to the Welsh Ministers;”.
(3) Omit paragraph (3).
