Rheoliadau Cynlluniau Argyfwng Damweiniau Mawr Oddi ar y Safle (Rheoli Gwastraff o Ddiwydiannau Echdynnol) (Cymru a Lloegr) 2009

327.—( 1) Mae rheoliad 2 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Cyn y diffiniad o “Category A mining waste facility” mewnosoder—

““the 2010 Regulations” means the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010;”.

(3) Yn y man priodol, mewnosoder—

““regulator” means—

(a)

the Natural Resources Body for Wales where that body is the regulator of the mining waste facility under the 2010 Regulations;

(b)

the Environment Agency, where that body is the regulator of the mining waste facility under the 2010 Regulations;”.
