After regulation 8B insert—
“Appropriate agency”8C
The “appropriate agency” means—
a
in relation to a river basin district that is wholly in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;
b
in relation to a river basin district that is partly in Wales and partly in England, the Natural Resources Body for Wales and the Environment Agency acting jointly;
c
in relation to any other river basin district, the Environment Agency.
