353.—(1) Regulation 36 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) after “the Environment Agency” insert “ or the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”;

(b) after “the Agency” insert “ or the Body ”.

(3) In paragraph (2), for “The Environment Agency and an” substitute “ An ”.

(4) In paragraph (3)—

(a) before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) the Environment Agency,

(zb) the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”;

(b) omit sub-paragraph (k).
