353.—(1) Regulation 36 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)after “the Environment Agency” insert “or the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(b)after “the Agency” insert “or the Body”.
(3) In paragraph (2), for “The Environment Agency and an” substitute “An”.
(4) In paragraph (3)—
(a)before sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)the Environment Agency,
(zb)the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (k).
