355. In regulation 2, in the appropriate places insert the following definitions—E+W
““the appropriate agency” means (except as provided in regulation 4)—
(a)
in relation to England, the Agency, and
(b)
in relation to Wales, the NRBW;”;
““the NRBW” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
