35.—(1) In the Schedule to the Drainage Rates (Forms) Regulations 1993 M1, Form 2 is amended as follows.
(2) For the entry beginning “Contributions to” substitute— “ Contributions to the [Environment Agency] [Natural Resources Body for Wales] (delete as appropriate) ”.
(3) For the entry beginning “Contribution from” substitute— “ Contribution from the [Environment Agency] [Natural Resources Body for Wales] (delete as appropriate) ”.
