In paragraph (1)—
a
in the opening words, for “Agency” substitute “appropriate agency”;
b
in sub-paragraph (a), after “these Regulations” insert “as they apply in relation to England (in the case of a person designated by the Agency) or in relation to Wales (in the case of a person designated by the Natural Resources Body for Wales)”.
