364.—(1) Regulation 4(1) of the Mercury Export and Data (Enforcement) Regulations 2010 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (a), omit “and Wales”.
(3) After sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
