Regulation 2(1) is amended as follows.

In the appropriate places insert the following definitions—

  • “appropriate agency” means—

    1. a

      in relation to England, the Agency, and

    2. b

      in relation to Wales, the NRBW,

  • and references to the “area” of an appropriate agency are to be construed accordingly;

“the NRBW” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

In the definition of “rule-making authority”, in sub-paragraph (b), for “Agency” substitute “ appropriate agency ”.
