SCHEDULE 4 E+W UK STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS

38.  In regulation 2(1), in the appropriate places insert the following definitions— E+W

““the appropriate agency” means—

(a)

in relation to England, the Environment Agency;

(b)

in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”;

““England” includes the territorial sea adjacent to England not forming any part of Wales;”;

““Wales” has the meaning given by section 158 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.”
