Regulation 7 of the Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2011 M1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “Agency” substitute “ appropriate agency ”.

In paragraph (5), for the definition of “the Agency” substitute—

“the appropriate agency” means—

a

as regards England, the Environment Agency;

b

as regards Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

c

as regards Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;
