SCHEDULE 4 E+W UK STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS

419.—(1) Regulation 3(1) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In the appropriate place insert—

““the NRBW” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

“the NRBW Order” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012;”.

(3) In the definition of “regulator”, in sub-paragraph (a)—

(a) in paragraph (i) omit “and Wales”;

(b) after paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia) Wales, the NRBW;”.
